The vegetation indexes from satellite images, weather forecast, weekly crop advisory and alerts provided by AgroCast are for farming decision making purposes only and not to be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or exploited for any commercial purpose. Legal action will be taken if such activity comes to our attention.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our Website/Application and the use of this Website/Application.

Nothing in this disclaimer will:

• Limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;

• Limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

• Limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or

A user can only avail AgroCast services in their package of choice. Additionally, one time joining fees Rs. 100 needs to be paid by users. The annual subscription package is based on size of farm area, mentioned below:

Any such modification will be effective immediately upon public posting. Your continued use of our Service and this Site following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of these modified Terms.

Discount Coupon / Promotion Code rules

You agree to these terms and conditions for discount coupon and promotion codes.

Discount coupon / promotion codes are valid until it used.

Discount coupon / promotion codes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative.

We reserve the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award any of the discount amounts to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the discount where it becomes necessary to do so.
